Why us
Four reasons, not four adjectives.
The number comes first
You hear the figure before anyone starts, and it does not move afterwards. If something turns out worse than described we tell you before we work, not on the invoice.
We say what will not come out
Paint, bleach and dye damage are not soil, and no method removes them. Being told that at the door is worth more than being told it after you have paid.
Insured and background checked
These are people coming into your home. Ask at booking and we confirm both in writing, because you are entitled to ask and we would rather you did.
The line is answered at 3am
Burst pipes and backups do not keep office hours. Water reaches the subfloor by the hour, so the emergency line is answered around the clock, every day.
Who turns up
People you can leave alone in the house.
- Everything arrives with us. Machines, solutions, drying gear. You supply nothing.

Three rooms and the stairs. What sold me was being told upfront that the mark by the radiator was old dye and would not come out, rather than finding that out afterwards. Everything else looks new.
