What cleaning services do you offer?
Carpet cleaning, mattress deep cleaning, water damage cleaning and restoration, post-renovation cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning. Residential and commercial, across Toronto and the GTA.

How much does a cleaning service cost?
Carpet cleaning starts around $40 to $60 a room with a $100 to $150 minimum. A 2,000 square foot deep clean runs $200 to $400. Water damage starts at about $1,500 for a single small area. Every job is quoted before it starts.

How fast can you arrive for water damage?
The emergency line is answered around the clock. Water soaks into subfloor and drywall by the hour, so the honest advice is to call as soon as you find it rather than waiting for business hours.

Do you bring all supplies and equipment?
Yes. Machines, solutions and everything else arrive with the crew. You do not need to supply anything or have anything ready.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes. The solutions we use are chosen to be safe around children and pets once dry, and we will tell you which product is going on which surface if you want to know.

Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes, on both. These are people coming into your home and you are entitled to ask. Ask at booking and we will confirm it in writing.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, as long as we can get in and reach the areas being cleaned. Plenty of people leave a key or a code. Tell us at booking which you prefer.

Do you work with insurance?
For water damage, yes. We can document the damage and the work for a claim. Talk to us early, because insurers usually want evidence from before the drying starts.

Can I bundle services?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper. Carpets plus a mattress on the same visit, or a post-renovation clean with the carpets done at the end, saves a second call-out.
