Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

Yes, on both. These are people coming into your home and you are entitled to ask. Ask at booking and we will confirm it in writing.

Yes on both counts. Every cleaner who comes to your door has been background checked, and the business carries insurance that covers the work and anything damaged in the course of it.

Ask at booking and we will confirm it in writing. That is a fair thing to want before you hand a key to somebody, and a company that hesitates when you ask has told you something useful.

If something does get damaged, it goes through the insurance. We would rather settle it properly than argue with you about a scratch.
