No, as long as we can get in and reach the areas being cleaned. Plenty of people leave a key or a code. Tell us at booking which you prefer.
No. Plenty of customers leave a key, a lockbox code or instructions with a concierge, and we do the job while they are out. Tell us at booking which arrangement suits you and how you would like the place left.
It does help to be there for the first ten minutes of a first visit, so you can point out the stains you actually care about and anything you would rather we did not move or touch.
For water damage, somebody should be reachable by phone while we work. Decisions about what can be dried and what has to come out often have to be made on the spot.
