Brampton carpet cleaning, builder carpet upstairs and a second home downstairs
Subdivision houses with the carpet the builder put in, and very often a separate unit in the basement with carpet laid on the slab. Two households, two kinds of carpet, and sometimes two people booking the work.

Working here
Builder carpet mats, and matting is not dirt
The carpet a builder installs in a new subdivision house is chosen for price. It is usually a soft synthetic with a thin underpad, and after some years the pile lies down in the hall, on the stairs and at the bedroom doors. Soil makes that look worse, and the soil comes out. The flattening is the fibre itself losing its spring. Cleaning lifts it partly and for a while. We would sooner say that at the door than have you expect a new carpet.
Basement units have carpet on concrete
A second unit in the basement is common in Brampton, in Springdale and Fletcher's Meadow as much as in the older parts of Bramalea. The carpet down there sits on a slab with little or no pad, in rooms with small windows. It gets less water from us and more dry passes, and we leave air moving. It still dries more slowly than the same carpet upstairs, so plan for the day, not the afternoon.
Bramalea townhouses and the older stock
Bramalea was built a generation before the big subdivisions to the north and east, and much of it is townhouse rows in condominium complexes. Parking is shared and the front door can be a walk from the nearest bay. Inside, the stairs are steeper and the rooms smaller than in a newer house. Tell us the complex and roughly where your unit sits, and we bring enough hose to reach it.
What we do in Brampton, and how to reach us
AllCleaner cleans carpet and stairs in houses, townhouses and basement apartments across Brampton by hot water extraction, with our own equipment and solutions. Call 647-697-7435 and say how many rooms, how many flights of stairs and whether there is a basement unit. The price is confirmed before work starts.
Subdivision houses, and what is under them
Most of Brampton's housing is recent. Springdale, Castlemore, Fletcher's Meadow and Mount Pleasant are subdivision houses, detached and semi-detached, with hard flooring on the main level and carpet on the stairs, the upper hall and the bedrooms. It is nearly always the carpet the builder supplied. In a full house it works hard, and it shows it first on the stairs.
Heart Lake and Peel Village are older, and Bramalea is older again, with a lot of townhouses. Rooms are smaller, there is more carpet on the main floor, and access is from a shared lot, not a private drive.
Then there is the basement. A large share of Brampton houses have a finished lower level used as a separate home, with its own entrance at the side or the back. For us that is a second job inside the first: a different door, carpet on concrete, less airflow. We treat it as its own space and dry it accordingly.
The clean, and its limits
Pre-spray goes down first and is left to work. Then hot water is pushed into the pile and pulled out again with the soil, in slow overlapping passes, with a hand tool on the stairs. Dry passes follow. Upstairs rooms are dry in four to six hours with windows open.
What extraction removes is soil, spills and the grey traffic film. What it does not do is rebuild pile that has been walked flat. On builder carpet those two things sit in the same places, so we point out which is which before we begin.
In a busy house we work in an order that keeps a route open. Bedrooms first, the hall next, the stairs last, so nobody has to cross damp carpet to reach a bathroom or the front door.
Small to medium rooms are $40 to $60, larger rooms are $0.25 to $0.50 a square foot, and the minimum service fee is $100 to $150. The solutions are eco-friendly and safe around children and pets once the carpet is dry.

Asked in Brampton
The carpet in our Brampton house is flat on the stairs and in the hallway. Will cleaning fix it?
It will take the soil out, and that alone makes a visible difference, because flattened pile holds dirt and looks darker. The flattening itself is wear in the fibre. Extraction and grooming stand it up to a degree, and it tends to lie down again with use. We tell you which you have before starting.
I am a landlord with a basement apartment. Can you clean the carpet between tenants?
Yes. An empty unit is the easiest time to do it, with no furniture to move and time to dry before anyone moves in. Small to medium rooms are $40 to $60 each and the minimum service fee is $100 to $150. Basement carpet on a slab needs most of a day to dry, so book it before the last minute.
Can you clean upstairs and the basement unit in one visit?
Yes, if both households agree and both doors are open to us. It is one trip and one setup, and a three to five room job runs $200 to $1,000 or more depending on size. We do the basement first, since it takes longest to dry, then the upper floors and the stairs last.
