Do you work with insurance?

For water damage, yes. We can document the damage and the work for a claim. Talk to us early, because insurers usually want evidence from before the drying starts.

For water damage, yes. We document the damage and the work: photographs taken before anything is moved, moisture readings, what was extracted, what was dried and how long the equipment ran. That is the evidence an adjuster asks for.

Call your insurer early and call us early. Insurers generally want to see the condition of the room before drying starts, and a clean dry room with no record of how it got that way is the hardest claim to make.

We do not manage the claim for you and we do not bill an insurer directly unless that is arranged in advance. We supply the documentation, and you or your adjuster take it from there.
