Do you bring all supplies and equipment?
Yes. Machines, solutions and everything else arrive with the crew. You do not need to supply anything or have anything ready.
Yes, all of it. Extraction machines, air movers, solutions, cloths, hoses and power leads arrive with the crew. There is nothing to buy in advance and nothing to leave out for us.
What we need from you is access to the door, a water source and a power outlet. In a condo, tell us at booking whether there is a service elevator and whether the building requires notice, because that is the one thing that can cost you a slot.
Clearing small items and breakables off the floor helps us work faster, but it is not a requirement.
