How much does a cleaning service cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the service and the condition it is in. Call or send the form and you get the price before anyone starts work.
It depends on the service and on the job. For carpets the main things are the number of rooms or the floor area, the fibre and how soiled it is, and whether there are stairs. For a move-out or post-renovation clean it is the size of the property and how much needs doing. For water damage it is how much water, how far it has spread and how long drying will take.
We do not put a number on a page, because a figure that fits one house is wrong for the next. Call 647-697-7435 or send the form with the size of the place and what needs doing, and for most jobs we can price it on the phone.
You get one firm price before anybody starts work, and it does not move afterwards. If something turns out worse than described, we tell you before we work, not on the invoice.
